How do I sign up for Bill Pay?

You need to be a registered user of FirstMerit's Online Banking service to sign up for our Online Bill Pay Service. Simply click here to enroll for Bill Pay now. You'll fill out the required information, then print the enrollment form, then send it in to:

or visit your nearest FirstMerit branch.

You'll receive a confirmation letter via U.S. Mail when your enrollment is done. Then when you log in to Online Banking, click the link for Bill Pay. You'll set up your bills, then you're on your way!! The Bill Pay site has an extensive Help section to guide you every step of the way.
