What if I forget my Online Banking Password?
If you forget your Online Banking Password, you should call Customer Service at 1-888-554-4362, option 3, then 3, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., or Saturday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. After your identity has been verified over the phone, a FirstMerit Representative will provide you with a Temporary Password that you can use as a one time to sign on to Online Banking. The system will then automatically prompt you to select new Password.
