Documentary Collections
After presentation of proper documents, we will forward them to the foreign
bank for payment. The buyer is required to effect payment to the foreign bank
in order to receive the documents required to obtain the shipment. The foreign
bank remits payment to us and we will then credit your account.

Foreign Check Collections
FirstMerit can clear foreign checks for credit to your account. When necessary,
we will forward the items for collection to a foreign bank and your account is
credited when payment is received.
